Thianna Diamandis is the Founder and Director of Diamond Behavioral Health Services, LLC, a Florida-based behavior support and consulting agency.  With more than ten years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, with varying needs, Thianna founded Diamond Behavioral Health Services with the mission to provide highly effective and accessible services to families, especially to those whom of which are diagnosed with autism and/or other developmental disabilities. 

While pursuing her doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), she has specialized in school, clinic, community, and private home therapy, providing fun, unique, and personalized treatment plans for hundreds of clients throughout Florida.  Thianna is currently certified as a Behavior Analyst at the BCaBA level of certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and is actively pursuing the BCBA-D level of certification.
